Squeezebox is better supported. If you only use it with the online services (MySqueezebox.com or UESmartRadio.com) i think these days the only difference between the two systems are the smartphone apps you can use to control them. For UE there's only Logitech's, which no longer works on some recent Android versions IIRC and which is generally a bit special while for the Squeezeboxes there is a wide range of control apps although Logitech's own one is broken on even more Android devices. OK, for UE there's also iPeng UE for iOS but if you want iPeng I'd still recommend the Squeezebox version, much more capable.
