Logitech claimed many customers were confused with SB players connecting to two servers (MySB.com and LMS). I can certainly understand that. So they made the UE Radio capable of only connecting to the UE online server to simplify this issue. But this meant dumbing down the UE Music Library on the computer for local music playback. This UE Music Library also (and only) connects to the UE online server. Big drawback is if UE online server goes down you have ZERO access to anything (online stations or your local music). They also dumbed down the online web UI for UE, SB (MySB.com) is much more customizable and has more features and control options.
