I converted my Smart Radio to Squeezebox, apparently successfully. I entered (searched and founds) several stations, saved them to favorites, and assigned them to presets. But when I tried to display my favorites I got an error message that there was an error with my account and I should restore factory setting.
What is the exact, verbatim error message you get? I'd be very much surprised if we had any error message asking the user to do a factory reset...
