Thanks - and Bingo! Your device is one of 13 unlucky units which are connected to this lagging instance. My suggestion would be you totally power it off, and leave it off for an hour or two. Then you try again. By then the load-balancer will hopefully have forgotten your unit and will connect you with a working instance.
