Although I believe the usage case for packing up ones internet radio for travel is extremely rare...... I have done so successfully a number of times. I've also seen over the years a number of SB users post about regularly bringing their SB players to their vacation/holiday/weekend homes. Any private network with a simple encryption pass phrase works fine (basically every home network). The public networks requiring a browser (hotels etc..) won't work because SB players have no browser.. Even then, public networks requiring a browser interface will work if you use your laptop and tether/network-share your SB player to the laptop. Something I'd never both with myself, but entirely doable. ;) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ toby10's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12553 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108930 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
