I believe OP claims his Radio is connected to MySB.com and can select Disconnect and Delete Player, but Upgrade to EU is not offered.
Unfortunately he often was unclear to what he meant, and did not seem to follow advice... but he's fine now, as I set those flags on the server side. That said: his BBC issue is, little surprised there, not fixed.
