I reviewed the firewall settings on my ISP router and removed all Ports Restrictions and enabled multicast. After a factory reset of my SB Radio, it connected to the mysqueezebox.com server and I can remotely control it from the web interface. Thanks Michael for your support and guiding me in the troubleshooting.
