That happens to be brought out on the 3.3V cable shown in my picture. Do NOT let the USB interface provide power to the Radio, you might become miserable. If your serial adaptor provides a power cable, keep it well out of sight.
To repeat: You don't want TWO providers of power on the Radio's 3.3V power line.
