I've never seen this on the vanilla build platform. Nor do I have -libtinfo- in any of my downloaded sources. Perhaps you might completely clean the -alsa-lib- and -ncurses- package builds, and try again. I forget the recipe names. I don't have a record of the alsamixer compile line, so cannot post what it should be looking like. Motivation being that perhaps -ncurses- has somehow gotten the idea that it wants -libtinfo-, and a complete clean will cure it.
