I'm not sure what you meant by someting more recent / modern than an SB Radio...... For their price (especially on the used market), they still do everything that I want a smart radio to do better (audio quality included) than any rivals. Because there are some uncertainties about how much longer LMS will continue to run easily on Windows or OS - plus I'm amazed that Logitech have continued to back MySB.com - I've looked into replacements for the system as a whole, and each part of it. But for now, if I need a radio, then a used SB Radio is still where I will go....
