After getting the Radio to connect by ethernet, and restoring all its
settings (firmware patch, name, preferences, etc), I decided to try the
internal Wifi one more time.  Wifi started working again.  I have been
running it for 5 hours and no problems.

I have no idea why that Radio's wifi did not want to work, or why it
suddenly started working again.  I doubt it was due to the Vonets, but
it did happen right after I tested it.
