Do you have the Qualcomm contact info? At least we might get a release
of the source code for the 062 driver used in the SB.

Qualcomm might have some idea of how to prevent the fundamental problem,
the radio's apparent loss of reception,* which likely involves their
proprietary firmware code. With their cooperation, the radio's reception
could be improved to become fully functional in the current
environment.

I should say the other utilities when compiled from the 063 build seem
to work fine on the SB, just the kernel driver ar6000l.ko is not
working, as it is lacking a few AR6002 specific functions. I was getting
it to work, but put it aside for a "simple update" to the mitigation
script that got out of hand with new requirements, formerly edge cases
to handle, and ever improving diagnostic reporting. Hope to get back to
the driver soon. Even so, it may be that any improvement in the driver
will be from quick mitigation, and not from improving the radio's basic
reception, which would leave the radio's ping times still high, and
excessive wireless traffic.

The link from the Nintendo DSi site to the source for the 018 code, was
very helpful for including AR6002 support back into the 063 build.

* The radios fail to acknowledge initial transmissions to them the
access point, leading to repeated transmissions, both from the access
point to the radio, and vice versa (because the radio does not receive
the AP's ack). The multiple transmissions cause something to "go awry"
somewhere in the radio, and it loses the connection. This is made worse
by low signal levels, although radios enjoying high signal levels (> -50
dBm) are not immune to disconnection. The signal level plays a huge role
in how quickly the system can acquire or renew an IP address.
