Phil, I reread your reply to me and your reply to paul. From what I
gather, your radios can work connected to Ethernet (or at least one of
them), but none work on WiFi (you mention red indicator). One thing I
forgot to.mention is to do a factory reset when changing connection type
(wifi<>ethernet). The easy way to do this is press and hold power until
power is off. Then press and hold '+' while you press power until radio
starts up. This will walk you through the setup and connection process.

Regarding passwords. Mms does not have a password but you do enter your
mysb.com password into one to be able to connect. Your best best is to
pm mherger and get your mysb.com account straightened away.

The one other thing is to make sure the radios are registered to your
mysb.com account (did you buy any used?). This can be checked via the
factory reset process above.

Finally if you can get them all worming on internet but not on
wifi.Paul's suggestion on a Ethernet to WiFi dongle is a good one
