I'm sorry for chiming in so late. Something's wrong with the forum, as I
haven't got notifications sent out by mail for a few days (weeks?).

pfcs49 - I've received your PMs. But I'm going to respond here, as many
have helped out, and I always prefer to share information if it could
help others solve the same or similar problem again.

Thanks to the information you shared in the PM I see that you're running
LMS on a relatively old macOS. One of the problems you're now facing is
that these older systems can't handle encrypted connections correctly
(if you want to get some of the gory details, see eg.
https://letsencrypt.org/docs/dst-root-ca-x3-expiration-september-2021/).

I believe there's a solution to this, but I'm not sure you're going to
like it: you'll have to build new libraries for encryption. It's not
really complicated, but it requires running technical stuff in a
terminal window - which you're probably not familiar with. Here's a
posting with step-by-step instructions:

https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?109738-Error-Can-t-connect-to-remote-server-to-retrieve%85&p=925539&viewfull=1#post925539

I'd recommend you get some good sleep, then try the above. If you face
any issue following those instructions, please post to that other
thread, and we'll take you from there.

Once you've succeeded that update you should be able to access mysb from
LMS again. You should see your favorites again, and should be able to
play them.

Good luck!

Michael
