you probably have the latest radio firmware and it probably doesn't matter anyhow :) It's 7.7.3-r16676. You can view it in the LMS ui, or on the radio go to settings->advance settings->software update. Your current firmware version is in small type, and it may say "begin update (xxxxx)" if the version numbers match, you are current.
I can't help you much with the windows LMS anymore. I moved to picore LMS. What I used to do is turn the PC off, (say a little prayer), turn it back on, curse if it's still broken.
