So I created a new totally seperate SSID on my Ruckus R550 access point just for these 2 SB radios. I disabled ALL the fancy stuff I could on that SSID like WPA3, WiFi6, etc. Connected the SB radio to that SSID....hoping for some improvement. Alas, it behaves exactly like my regular SSID. Disconnects randomly.
Now, there are some things which cannot be changed on my access point for just one SSID. For example, channels, bands, etc. Maybe that causes issues. However I do not want to change since all the other WiFi clients in my home network will suffer. Does anyone know EXACTLY, in technical terms, what is the problem? Why does our SB radios love to disconnect? There has GOT to be an explanation. I want to get to the bottom of this. Anyway, if I cannot find the problem, another ------------------------------------------------------------------------ rajdude's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=71085 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=112167 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
