Nekzuris created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6386)
According to osm.org, this
[way](https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/211025398#map=19/48.360550/7.107924&layers=N)
was last modified by emmanuelz 12 years ago, but in
[iD](https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?way=211025398#map=19/48.360550/7.107924)
you can see it has actually been modified 1 year ago by LouisXIV.
This happens because no tags or nodes were added or deleted from this way, so
no new version was created.
But this means you can completely change the geometry of a way (without adding
or deleting nodes) or move it really far without being mentioned as the last
modifier on the osm.org website.
This discrepancy was recently made more noticeable with this change in iD
https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/pull/7629, see also
