We're not going to start creating new versions of a way or relation every time
an object it contains is moved, and we're not going to change the site to show
an invented date in place of the object date because that would be weird.
Options I can see here are to change the wording to make it clearer that it's
the object date, or showing a second date that does take into account the
descendants but that could be very expensive and slow to compute for relations
so may not be realistic.
