A planet dump seems a bit heavyweight for highlighting the geometry of a
specific route, as this application is trying to do. Could it use the [Overpass
API](https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/2cXi) or
[QLever](https://qlever.cs.uni-freiburg.de/osm-planet/EvkRpm) instead, with the
caveat that these APIs may not be quite as up to date as the OSM API?
