Overzooming beyond z19 is not an issue - that is a natural way to display tile
services that only go to z19 on sites that go beyond z19 in their map display
otherwise. We have that in plenty of use cases of OSM-Carto tiles in the OSM
community. Overpass turbo might be the most prominent one.
What i see (desktop, chromium) on the dashboard is this:
