Just a quick side comment here, the data layer is served by OSM API's /map
endpoint. Overpass API is only used for the /query feature, and that
implementation is
[elsewhere](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/master/app/assets/javascripts/index/query.js).
Both of them need to be migrated to Maplibre though.
