Interestingly neither
[leaflet](https://leafletjs.com/reference.html#map-zoomsnap) nor
[maplibre](https://maplibre.org/maplibre-gl-js/docs/API/type-aliases/MapOptions/#zoomsnap)
seems to document how zoom snapping works and whether it rounds or truncates...
