By the way, on changeset pages
([example](https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/175272266)), there’s also a
navigation bar at the bottom, which suffers from the same usability issue, but
I’m not sure where else to put it. It would be very awkward at the top of the
page, since we’d be mentioning the user before the changeset and then
mentioning the user again. Maybe this is an argument in favor of the sticky
navigation bar at the bottom. 🤔
