Hi @1ec5, that makes a lot of sense. A sticky navigation bar at the bottom 
would definitely provide a more consistent experience across both element and 
changeset pages without cluttering the top header.

Once I have resolved my local Docker environment issues, I’d be happy to 
explore a 'sticky bottom' implementation that keeps the navigation visible 
while respecting the information hierarchy you mentioned.
