Ubuntu and Debian instructions should generally be for either the netinstall
install or the server install. Because a desktop install is mostly equal to one
of those plus additional packages the only difference in running the server
instructions is you `apt install` some packages that are already installed.
Writing the instructions for netinstall is the safest, but it lacks common
packages like curl.
