I've used octopus for 3 slices and never had any real issues. Andy has
always been around to sort things out.

I'm pretty sure they are hosted in a multi homed data centre in Sydney. Ping
times and speed have never been an issue for us.

Re: BSD. I'm a linux guy, but Andy was awesome in showing me the BSD ropes.
Nice and easy to get stuff running.
