One of my clients uses crucialparadigm.com and I've been quite impressed with them so far. There ticketing system is a little primitive but they usually react within half an hour and what's more they follow up until the ticket is fixed.
One company I would avoid like the plague is web24 they are based in Melbourne and are shocking.
