Generally, I'm ambivilent to whether it's either HB or TW. I guess it really depends on the format more than anything, and in light of that HB probably will work better with what's being proposing for this one ;)
The only real thing which worries me 'bout having it always at HB is just the spacing - it felt rather cramped in getting a decent spot for the last meetup (though I guess if we ensure they close those beforehand).
