or is it just me? agree with the sentiments from tony bowden ( http://nothing.tmtm.com/2009/08/goodbye-_why/) that it's a mistake to assume that open source code comes with implied promises. is why we need to provide as much support (checks for donations made) to great members of the community like pat allan (ts), ben schwarz (passenger stack), dimitri (raphael) and many many others when we use their work in commercial environments.
