Hey All,
It's only 3 sleeps until the next Melbourne Ruby Meet this thursday,
so it's time for the details:
For the sake of mixing things up a little, this months meet is going
to be held at a different location:
Level 1, 383 Smith Street, Fitzroy. starting at the usual 6:30pm.
There will be beverages supplied by SCT, and the usual supply of pizza
courtesy of the ever generous Thoughtworks (Thanks very much guys!)
Afterwards we can venture out to one (or more!) of the bars on Smith
street. I will be looking to get some discounts this week.
As for talks, my rallying call for volunteers last week brought on a
tidal wave of silence, so we currently have:
RabbitMQ: Marcus ++
Lightning Talks:
Heroku: Ben Schwarz
There are also more possible (lightning) talks from a few others but
nothing that has been set in stone.
It's not too late to get in there with a great talk! I'll be asking
people on the night for more lightning talks too - there is a ton of
talent in Melbourne so I know we have more to offer...
