I just came back from Agile 2009 in Chicago, where I gave a presentation on code quality in Ruby and Java. I can give the Ruby part in the 45 mins slot if people are interested. It's a "why do we do this", "what are the available tools" preso, fairly introductory. If you're already running a bunch of code quality tools in your build you won't learn much.
