Actually, on the whole issue since Id' be forming an online company... has
anyone looked into starting the company *completely* offshore? Interested in
it *not* for, um... tax rationalization purposes... ahem... but more for the
fact that I'm a bit of a global vagabond and don't know how long I'll
actually be in Aus. So, was thinking bank accounts in Hong Kong and a
business account somewhere else.

Just wondering. Anyone know about this stuff ? Thought someone might be able
to save me a ton of research on it.
