I work for the University of Technology, Sydney as a SysAdmin (http:// datasearch.uts.edu.au/isf/staff/details.cfm?StaffId=782). I have a contract with a Sydney local council to produce a sustainability website. It will have the capability to collect, map and aggregate data from SMEs in their area.
Timeline: 2 months, finish mid-July Budget: AU$20K I'm into Rails, but am currently developing 2 other projects, so need to outsource this one. I can be heavily involved in the design phase. I don't mind where you're based. I prefer face-to-face meetings, but am not averse to Skype.
