Hi All, Thanks for the awesome response. I'm glad the Rails community is alive and healthy in Australia. It's a big relief for my Director as we've just implemented a custom-built Rails-based project management system and he worries about me getting hit by a bus. (Now I can get hit no worries!)
I've engaged a firm to do an initial design and scope as a starter. If something doesn't work out there, I'll be back in touch with each person that has emailed me so far.
