I developed a rails in-house e-commerce framework for a few years. We had a look at Spree at various times, but it didn't suit our needs; it's got a fair few features, so it might suit yours. Shopify is pretty good -- basic, but pretty versatile. Amazon webstore is good for making... Amazon webstores, and that's about it.
But I agree with Eaden, Google Analytics (properly implemented) will tell you what you need to know, cheaply and easily. Stick with the current app until it doesn't suit your shop layout/fulfillment needs; they're all pretty bad for analytics.
