Howdy, My colleagues and I have been working on a StartUp business idea over the last six months and we've just launched into a closed Alpha phase ( http://www.crowdhired.com).
CrowdHired is a social recruitment platform that aims to reward the professional community for referring successful candidates. We're based in Melbourne right in the heart of the CBD. CrowdHired is built on the latest Ruby on Rails stack, deployed on Heroku and tested with rspec and the like. Given that we are early days into this we would really appreciate any feedback/thoughts.
