Hi Jason, Congrats on your alpha release! Sounds like a great idea.
>From personal experience there seems to be a fair bit of "internal" bounties offered in the advertising industry... your bounty based system could certainly appeal to that demographic (staff also move around a lot between agencies so broad networks are built). I have some (hopefully) constructive feedback for you regarding your homepage... I'm a little on the fence about the term "Super-Ninja" as a web developer.... something about it makes me fell a little uneasy. To me it lacks a certain sense of professionalism.... but I feel that it is OK if your brand aims to have a "less serious" personality about it (which can work really well if done right). Depends on your target market, but personally I would aim for a more "professional tone" if shooting for the bigger employers. I feel your header is a bit crowded and needs more white space... "ALPHA" in the logo is a bit over powering and probably not needed with the two "Alpha" ribbons on the content boxes. Removing it would keep your brand message more clear. Also I feel the Social Media sharing links could be better placed in a left floating nav or lower in the page to keep the focus on your key message. I REALLY like the brand name and tagline.... and the idea! Once you've got the time/money I think some video content to explain the process would help sell the service. The 3 step graphic does a good job right now as high level overview. Great work, and good luck!
