We also think NoSql is pretty cool. We don't like traditional ops but cooking with chef can be fun. We're intrigued by data analysis and think R is pretty sweet. Most of us like VIM but one of us likes Emacs (but we don't hold it against them).
You would be a rails journeyperson. Ideally working with rails for at least a couple of years and may even have dabbled with other languages before that. You're comfortable making html blink and can clean up with some Savon after playing with friends outside. It all goes down at TankStream Labs (www.tankstreamlabs.com). Besides the moneys (appropriate to experience), we all get to play on Apple laptops with a good helping of external pixels. We like to go for the occasional lunch on the company.
