So far, Gary "Burning Heart" signaled that he was working on
the USS George Washington's flightdeck and now I hear it has
gone on-"station" off New York or up to the Washington area.
That's Tidewater Virginia area..
Rangernet has never had a member from downtown New York City
though several members have attended "Urban Ranger Conferences"
there. The World Trade Towers were in lower Manhatten and like
many big American cities.. were part of a working "financeal"
district. This part of town is likely to have adults working
there at the time of the attack and not many public schools
located there.
The same with the Pentegon in Washington. This was a defence
facility and not a public place.

Yes!
When we see the efforts of Emergency workers, Fire officials
we now that Royal Rangers supports the citizenship and preparedness
for such times as this.
Someone aware of Royal Rangers, in the news is Att.General John Ashcroft
who is the Nations chief law enforcement officer.
