Half of my family is Catholic and they say it originated with Peter. Not of any of his doing, but he was their first priest even though he was married. I dont know and neither does anyone else how all this happened, but I see the beauty in the story and the love it can generate. I don't care when Jesus was born, but I do care that He WAS born.
