I am
doing both. I am working with Pioneers, Trailblazers, and Challengers
toward as many merits as we can. This way we will have a jump on the new
program when it comes out. I am also working on advancements per the old
(current) method until such time as the new program arrives.

-----Original Message-----While we are in the Transition period for the new program, are Pioneers and Trailblazers supposed to be working out of their old handbook or are they to be just working on advanced merits? And if merits, how are ranks determined. I am confused and need some help.
