I agree that the Pastor is very critical to the ministry, but many programs do
have to fund themselves and it is not because of the Pastor. We are a medium size
church and most of the ministries in our church must raise our own funds.
We have been doing this for years and we have a very strong ministry. We our 
furtunate that we do have a Pastor who supports us 100%.
