They took these resume's to the top Human Resource firm in the US, and asked the firm to make thier recommendations. The firm took the resume's and had thier top experts spend a few days looking over them, had psycological profiles done, etc. When the results were in, the firm's recommendations were something like this: "Of the twelve applicants, eleven of them are total misfits. We simply cannot recommend the hiring of these individuals under any circumstances. However, one applicant really stands out. He possesses good judgement, has great people skills, and outstanding organizational ability. We would hire him on the spot, and pay any price he asked."
