[RR] New Leaders Manuals??

I am being asked & I am wondering myself, will there be a new Leaders Manual available??  If so, when?  I would guess that there might be a general one & then unit specific ones?   Can you imagine the size of one to have all the awards the boys and leaders can earn in it?   I don't remember any mention at National Council on this.     Jim Hufferd Sectional Commander North San Joaquin Section So California.
