I am being asked & I am wondering myself, will there be a new Leaders Manual available?? If so, when?
I would guess that there might be a general one & then unit specific ones? Can you imagine the size of one to have all the awards the boys and leaders can earn in it?
New Leaders Manual is targeted for release next March. It will be in a three-ring binder. Much new material in it.
There will also be a separate Leaders Handbook for each age group.
Merit requirements will be in three different books . . . one for Discovery Rangers, one for Adventure Rangers, and one for Expedition Rangers. Only one set of these Merit Reference Books will be needed per outpost as we will be able to make copies as needed of the material in these books.
