I got my GMA and for 5 or more years I heard about how I was in a Outpost that respected my training as a Leader, and that the boys elected me.. Josh Wheeler as Sr.Guide to lead them. I've done my best 'with God's help.. and planned the camp and the program.. and yea.. mayby the agenda was loose, and mayby we could have insisted the new boys clean up before the Campfire.. But I don't see where a Man can come in here, and just start barking orders and completely take over.. Who gave him any right to do that. "Mayby- all this "boy leadership" is smoke.. Brendan,Jerry and me figure if that's the way it's going to be then we'll make Eagle and cut out. I didn't see it when Mr.Call was hot.. *But now I'm ebarresed at the experiance of haveing him point his finger at me and call me a failure. We were a better Outpost before he brought 35 little boys in.. We could go hikeing or rafting, now we just sit in camp and get criticized. I can see how he feels able to do that without conciquences, and that has me suspect the Adult leaders just can't be pleased. I know, I could not openly complain about their lack of participation without a lecture comming back on me.. so I'm thinking that I don't have a say.. and should just quit, the trouble is something in me tells me that this is MY group.. by right and i don't need to be run out the door. You know.. Collan has a dominating Dad who yells at him... and what Mr.Call didn't know is that he was about to punch out mr.Call. *Don't tell him, but we would have backed him up.
