[RR] new merits

All  does  anyone   know  when the new  books for the  merits  will be available. At  our  meeting  we were  shown  we  can  start the  transition  for the  other  boys they  showed  the numver  of red  and  blue  merits needed  for  each  boy in the  pioneer  program. And  i have  seen  the  new  merit  rrquirements  for  the merits  on the  national  web  page. But  i am  wondering if  they are waiting till next  year to release the merit  books that were  supposed  to  be  released with the  merits. Thanks Harry Smith
