I am sure that if ADHD were noted in my day, it would be me. I always said I didn't trust perfect children and if a child didn't have spirit he wasn't gonna make it in this world. Ask yourelf, what child in my group DOESN'T have a problem? In the world we've raised our children there are things right before their eyes daily that we only imagined and some things we'd NEVER imagine. How can they maintain innocence? We want them to speak and act like adults while they are still children. It's too much. They honestly don't know who they are and what we want from them. That's why we need boudaries and consistancy, that's why we need to mix love with discipline. The same rules apply to EVERYONE. Kids notice when they are treated different and they resent it. If you are given to quick anger and impatience, get on your knees or think seriously about leaving rangers. As a commander. your words can kill or heal. Think about it.
