The argument here is your constitutional right of freedom from unreasonable search and seizure. No government agency should be allowed to hassle innocent citizens just because they are looking for a sniper. to allow this would be to allow a dictatership type government with no rights. Also to be pointed out that the "FBI" sales records are supposed to be distroyed. If you want to make the article reaql interesting subsitute the word gun for BIble and see how it reads. Then it might scare you. I did forward the story for informational purposes seeing as it was some what scary. Like I said if you use the word Bible instead of gun you will see what I mean.
