Here is some input from our District Training Coordinator.�� The question was:� When the new leaders manuals come out in the spring will there be a suggested sequence that the Pioneers and TBs should earn their merits?

Everyone,
��� I have wanted to know the order of the merits in the new programs.��Many outposts was wanting to be "in sync" when we get to use the new leader's guides next spring.� My understanding is that the merit order is flexible according to your boys interests, past merits achieved, etc.� But this could help make our planning easier in the future.� The more informed we are the better.

��� Can you tell me the suggested merit order�for the Discovery and Adventure programs.� Many across the district are working on merit based Transition RR but if we used the suggested merits for Sept 2002 -May 2003�we will be in line with the new program. Otherwise the we could be duplicating or missing the order.� I understand the merits are flexible, yet I feel knowing this will help our implimentation.
